Job Summary

Job Site: Technology and designated building site(s)

Hours/Days: 40 hours per week260 days (12 months)

Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience

Benefits: Group insurance programs PERF paid leave days

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot analyze and diagnose technological problems. Provide and implement strategies to resolve the problem in a timely fashion. Upgrade and replace technology equipment software and supplies. Maintain a comprehensive technical repair and replacement system. Provide information concerning the operation and maintenance of technical equipment software facilities and services. Collect data about technical consulting and repair activities and maintain a comprehensive system to address technical problems and needs of users. Assist in training sessions and workshops.

Serve as a positive liaison between school and community. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in PC maintenance and repair including laptops desktops and tablet devices. Experience in software support and installation; preferable with Office products Active Directory and Google Admin Console.

Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communications. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
