Enterprise Management Solutions LLC provides business infrastructure staffing and sales enablement for companies in real-estate property management hospitality and service-based industries. This role supports a U.S. property-management client seeking growth in rental community contracts leasing packages and resident service programs.


POSITION OVERVIEW

TheCateringSalesConsultantis responsible for converting warm leads into signedcateringor meal-service contracts.

You will speak with individuals organizations and event coordinators to understand their needs present availablecateringoptions and close service agreements.

This role is ideal for an energetic relationship-driven salesperson with excellent communication skills and experience in hospitality or service-basedsales.


LOCATION:Remote - Philippines

WORK SCHEDULE:MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)


CLASSIFICATION:
Full-Time Remote Independent Contractor


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads from marketing referral partners and online inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs forcateringevents recurring meal services or institutional contracts.
  • Present menu options service packages and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Negotiate terms within approved guidelines and close signed agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads communications and closed deals in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth handoff after closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterlysalesgoals for closedcateringor service contracts.


QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • 2 years insales account management or customer acquisition ideally in hospitality food service orcatering.

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and consultativesalesability.
  • Organized and reliable in CRM tracking and reporting.
  • Goal-driven with a professional service-oriented mindset.

Education:Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable computer/laptop headset and stable internet.
  • Must be available to workU.S. Eastern Standard Time (8 AM5 PM EST) MondayFriday.
  • Willing to work on U.S. holidays if required (no paid holiday benefit).


COMPENSATION & TERMS

  • Base Pay: $7/hour ( 410/hour) approx. $1120/month (65000) based on 40 hours/week
  • Commission: $30$70 USD per closed contract depending on size and service type
  • Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets
  • Benefits: Independent contractor role no paid holidays or leave; eligible for performance incentives
  • Payment: Biweekly USD payouts via EMS international payroll (Deel)


PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)

  • Number ofcateringor service contracts closed per month
  • Lead-to-close conversion rate (%)
  • Average order or contract value
  • CRM accuracy and follow-up consistency
  • Client satisfaction after service handoff
