Job Summary
Network Architecture
Network Architecture Design
-
Develop scalable secure and high-performance network solutions that align with organizational objectives.
-
Define and document comprehensive network architectures including LAN WAN Wi-Fi and data center networks.
-
Conduct capacity planning redundancy assessments and future growth forecasting.
-
Maintain clear network documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams for optimal performance.
-
Proficient in business case development RFP/RFQ processes High-Level Design (HLD) Low-Level Design (LLD) Project Initiation Documents (PID) concept design and implementation.
Technical Leadership
-
Lead network teams across the full project lifecycle: planning execution and delivery.

Provide strategic direction coaching and mentoring to network engineers and support staff.
-
Establish and enforce networking standards best practices and documentation protocols.
-
Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and high-priority initiatives.
Solution Evaluation & Implementation
-
Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies to support business needs and scalability.
-
Ensure network solutions comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
-
Lead the rollout of event-specific and operational network infrastructures.
-
Collaborate with vendors and OEMs for Proof of Concept (PoC) validations and solution testing.
Budgeting & Cost Management
-
Develop and manage network infrastructure budgets aligned with business and IT goals.

Focus on cost-effective and performance-optimized infrastructure investments.
-
Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee procurement of networking products and services.
-
Track and manage expenditures perform cost analysis post-implementation.
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years in a comparable network leadership role.
Educational Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or related fields):

Engineering

Information Technology
-
Computer Science
-
OR any relevant degree with 8 years of networking experience.

Certifications (Mandatory)

CCIE or CCNP
-
OR certifications related to Cloud or SD-WAN

Network Design & Architecture: Extensive experience with LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi data center and cloud networks.

Performance Optimization: Conducting analysis and tuning for peak network performance.

Project & Team Management: Leading large complex network deployment projects.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Executing RFPs/RFQs managing vendors and stakeholders.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Planning for high availability and network resilience.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Managing IT budgets ensuring cost-effective decisions.

Governance & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and frameworks.

Routing Switching & Wi-Fi Technologies: In-depth knowledge of Cisco products and enterprise-level wireless systems.

Protocols & Technologies: Expertise in LAN/WAN ISE and Cisco enterprise solutions.

Documentation & Planning: Skilled in HLD/LLD creation reporting and budget tracking.
