Requirements

6 years of proven success in real estate sales consistently exceeding targets

Demonstrated excellence as a sales manager driving team performance

Expertise in managing the full sales process from strategic planning to closure

Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the real estate industry

Outstanding communication presentation and influencing skills at all levels

Proven ability to mentor coach and motivate teams to achieve objectives

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
