About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HAMPro and SAMPro Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in utilizing and implementing the HAMPro and SAMPro modules within the ServiceNow platform and will play a pivotal role in our IT Asset and Software Asset Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAMPro) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAMPro) modules.
Develop and maintain asset management processes and workflows to ensure accurate tracking and management of IT assets and software licenses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address asset and software management needs.
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and optimize software license usage to achieve cost savings.
Generate and analyze reports on hardware and software assets providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Train and support end-users on asset management processes and the use of HAMPro and SAMPro modules.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT Asset and Software Asset Management.

Required Skills : Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HAMPro and SAMPro modules. Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) principles and practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HAMPro and/or SAMPro is a plus.
