ServiceNow Business Analyst Contract
Location: Remote (MST/PST time zones)
Contract: 6 months contract-to-hire
Experience: 5 years (3 years ServiceNow implementations)
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM ITOM CSM CMDB)

Map business processes and propose optimized workflows
-
Collaborate with developers and architects on solution design
-
Create user stories process flows and documentation
-
Assist with ServiceNow configuration workflows dashboards and reports
-
Coordinate UAT and ensure quality delivery
-
Communicate with stakeholders on goals timelines and deliverables
-
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
-
Provide end-user training and support
Required Qualifications:
-
5 years as ServiceNow BA with 3 years in implementations and automation
-
Strong knowledge of ITSM ITOM CSM and CMDB
-
Proficient in business analysis user stories and workflow documentation
-
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
-
ITIL framework understanding
-
Excellent verbal written and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Agile/Scrum experience
-
ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and data migration
-
Experience with CSM features Flow Designer Virtual Agent or Performance Analytics

Cloud integration knowledge (AWS Azure)
