The Clinical Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering workshop facilitation use case analysis business process analysis and detailed design activities related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services. The role involves working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and collaborating with project teams subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
- Facilitating workshops with healthcare providers.
- Analyzing use cases and business processes.
- Developing business analysis documentation.
- Working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS).
- Collaborating with project team members subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Multi-tasking and supporting multiple project streams.
- Gathering requirements related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
- Facilitating workshops with healthcare providers.
- Analyzing use cases and business processes.
- Developing business analysis documentation.
- Working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS).

Required Skills & Certifications:
- University Degree in Healthcare Business Administration or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst (or equivalent) in Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
- 5 years of experience working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst in health information systems/CIS implementation projects related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
- University Degree in Healthcare Business Administration or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst (or equivalent) in Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
- 5 years of experience working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst in health information systems/CIS implementation projects related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 6 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst in Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services related to computerized provider order entry (CPOE) order sets clinical documentation ancillary services (Pharmacy Medical Imaging Laboratory).
- Verbal and written communication facilitation and presentation skills in French and English.
- 3 years of experience in leading workshops with healthcare providers.
- 5 years of experience working with a high level of self-direction and strong interpersonal skills.
- 5 years of experience in multi-tasking and working with multiple teams.
- 5 years of knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio Outlook Teams).
- 2 years of experience using Atlassians JIRA software.
- Previous experience working within public health authorities.
- 6 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst in Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services related to computerized provider order entry (CPOE) order sets clinical documentation ancillary services (Pharmacy Medical Imaging Laboratory).
