Location: Wichita KS 67202
Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: On-site Mon Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Overview:
Seeking a proactive Customer Service Support professional to assist with order management and claims processing. This role ensures smooth customer operations efficient documentation and timely issue resolution to maintain a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support claims management and order enablement processes.
  • Communicate claim status and assist with issue resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain claim-related documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding credit/debit memos or deductions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) experience prior claims or customer service background.
