Job Summary
Role Overview:
Were looking for a Junior Data Mapping Analyst to join our Real Estate Intelligence
team in Mumbai.
This role is responsible for mapping and maintaining accurate data for every
township society and tower across companys operable micromarkets in India. Youll
ensure that the database remains clean structured and up to date forming the
foundation for all insights and decisions built on TruIQ.
The role is detail-oriented and process-driven ideal for someone who enjoys
organizing large datasets and maintaining order in information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Township Society & Tower Mapping
Identify and collect complete data for all townships societies and towers
Gather and verify details from multiple sources such as RERA portals builder websites site plans and field inputs.
Ensure naming consistency logical hierarchy and removal of duplicate or conflicting entries. Continuously expand coverage as company enters new micromarkets. Data Entry & Cleaning
Enter verified information into the TruIQ Database following companys data structure and standards.
Regularly audit and clean existing records to ensure data accuracy completeness and uniformity.
Flag inconsistencies or missing information for resolution and maintain clear change logs. Process & Standardization
Follow established workflows for data mapping and validation.
Suggest process improvements to make data collection and cleaning more efficient.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Engineering Architecture Urban Planning Statistics Mathematics or
Data Science is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
02 years of experience in data operations data entry or real estate
research preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills are welcome.
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with databases is a plus.
Ability to organize and standardize large datasets.
Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Other Requirements:
Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai or other parts of India as required
Comfortable working independently with ownership of data quality and timelines
