Job Summary

Job Description:

Performing regular Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance machine.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Utility Equipment
Air Compressor Boiler Refrigeration WTP RO.
Preventive maintenance follow-up as per schedule.
To maintain stock of spare parts.
Condition Monitoring Preventive maintenance of all
equipments and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
Daily Power monitoring calculations and reporting at monthly basis.
Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.
Maintenance document implementation & updating of daily report like log book work order PM sheet Audit reports ISO Documentation work.
Routine maintenance in continuous running machines.
Observing the leakages noise level vibration temperature of equipments.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Ability to read and use blue prints equipment schematics and line drawings.
Candidate must be willing to work flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends
A minimum of one year painting experience is preferred. Must be able to bend stoop push pull lift & climb including ladders
Must be able to work independently multi-task and maintain a clean work environment
Must be able to stand for long periods of time including on ladders
