Job Summary
Description
Our client an established construction contractor operating across the Northern region is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for cost management and commercial analysis on large-scale building projects. This immediate opportunity offers the chance to work on substantial developments while leading cost control functions across the Gauteng and Northern region.
Requirements:
- Tech Quantity Surveying Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/building quantity surveying
- Proven track record on large-scale building projects
- Experience managing the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final account
- Demonstrated experience in cost management and contract administration
- Experience managing junior and site-based QS staff
- Large-scale building projects (commercial residential industrial or institutional)
- Multi-storey buildings and complex construction projects
- Proficient in CCS
