Our Client in physical theraphy is a growing healthcare practice based in Illinois focused on delivering personalized physical therapy and rehabilitation services. The team is expanding and looking to streamline its client intake and lead management process. To support this growth the company is hiring a dedicated Front Desk Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will manage inbound leads schedule consultations and ensure every potential client receives a fast friendly and professional experience.
Role Overview
The Front Desk SDR will play a key role in handling incoming client inquiries converting leads into scheduled appointments and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and phone calls (ideally within 15 minutes of lead entry).
- Conduct 1015 minute discovery calls using a provided script to assess client needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage the client calendar efficiently.
- Assist in creating custom pricing plans post-evaluation.
- Handle invoicing and perform light front desk administrative duties.
- Manage client objections effectively particularly around pricing and insurance coverage.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure consistent follow-up.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Proven experience in sales client service or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Experience with invoicing and appointment scheduling systems.
Soft Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Confident friendly and proactive when engaging with clients.
- Strong objection-handling and active listening skills.
