Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller - Sales Appointment Coordinator to connect with potential and existing customers via phone generate interest and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and new leads from CRM exhibitions and databases.

Fix and confirm appointments between customers and field executives.
-
Update lead details call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM or Excel sheets.

Share daily reports on calls made leads generated and appointments scheduled.

Handle initial customer queries and forward qualified leads to sales executives.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline.
-
Excellent communication in Gujarati/Hindi (English is a plus).

Basic computer and telephone etiquette.

Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
