Were looking for a Customer Service Officer who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys helping others. Youll be the face of our front desk providing exceptional service and support to patrons every day.

About the Role:

This position involves a wide range of front desk responsibilities including:

  • Reception duties
  • Cash handling
  • Telephone operations
  • Program bookings
  • Membership support

Youll need to be confident organised and ready to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and care.

What you should come with:

  • Experience previous customer service role
  • Multi-tasking handle busy and demanding situations
  • Interpersonal excellent communication and people skills
  • Deadline-driven meet timelines with confidence
  • Tech-ready basic computer skills are a plus
