Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Salesforce Engineering to lead our Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce proven leadership abilities and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Salesforce engineering team providing mentorship guidance and career development.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of Salesforce projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and expertise in Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce Lightning components and integrations with other systems.
Develop and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business goals and objectives ensuring the platform supports the companys growth and scalability.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing code reviews and best practices.
Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform for efficiency performance and user experience.
Ensure Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines automated testing and version control are maintained.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features releases and best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve the platform and processes.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards security policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations on how Salesforce can be leveraged to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in Salesforce engineering.

2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within Salesforce development.

Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning components Salesforce integrations and data migration.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce products including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and CPQ Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs middleware and other technologies.

Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git Jenkins or Gearset.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions.
