You will partner with the leadership teams and their People Business Partners to design and implement an innovative regional compensation strategy within the overall company compensation philosophy for the organization.
- Progressive experience in compensation demonstrating a consistent track record of success in designing implementing and managing compensation programs within a multi-national company.
- Proficiency in external market benchmarking utilizing market data sources to conduct competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of Gender Pay Gap/Pay Equity legislation and applicable regional employment laws including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Experience in job evaluation methodologies.
- Technology industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence advise senior leaders and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of integrity and ethics when handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
