Are you a skilled problem-solver who thrives on making a real impact in your community Emory Valley Center is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to play a hands-on role in supporting our mission: enhancing lives promoting independence and upholding the dignity of children adults and families throughout our service area.
- Fulltime Hourly Non-exempt
- Onsite Inperson
- Starting Rate of Pay $16.50
What Youll Do:
- Jump into action to resolve maintenance and vehicle concerns ensuring safe reliable operations every day.
- Tackle everything from emergency vehicle repairs to routine facility upkeep supporting the comfort and safety of those we serve.
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Teamno two days are the same!
- Coordinate with managers and departments organize event setups and keep our spaces looking their bestall while fostering relationships.
- Keep thorough records follow budgets and maintain the standards that make Emory Valley Center a leader in our field.
- Use your attention to detail to complete documentation protect privacy and ensure compliance at every step.

Requirements- Experiencedat least two years of hands-on maintenance work with a high school diploma (or equivalent) - certifications are a plus!
- Reliable and safety-conscious with a valid Tennessee drivers license and strong driving record.
- Detail-oriented able to lift 50 lbs with basic computer and repair skills.
- A team player and a self-starter thriving both on your own and with others across departments.
- Respectful and compassionate with an understanding of the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Eager to grow and make each day a little better for everyone around you.
