Provides operational and analytical support for digital transformation projects in R&D. Ensures that end-users are supported through process documentation agile planning and change initiatives to enable effective adoption of digital tools.
Support business analysis activities such as requirements gathering process mapping and impact analysis.
Assist in agile delivery planning and sprint tracking including backlog grooming and team coordination.
Contribute to the creation of change management materials (e.g. FAQs guides communications).
Facilitate training sessions and support user onboarding to digital platforms.
Help monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas.
Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences or Technology-related field.
7 years of experience supporting digital projects business analysis or agile teams.
Exposure to tools such as Jira Confluence or Miro and experience supporting cross-functional projects.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and facilitation skills.
