Working hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm EST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Care Agent to join our growing this role you will be the first point of contact for potential customers providing exceptional service by educating them about the door replacement process scheduling home inspections and assisting with general inquiries. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national company offering home improvement solutions specifically focusing on serving empty nesters and older homeowners looking to invest in home renovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 3-10 incoming calls per day and online inquiries from potential customers.
  • Educate customers on the door replacement process helping them understand the benefits and next steps.
  • Schedule 15-minute home inspections for prospective customers using our CRM system and shared calendar.
  • Take detailed notes on customer requirements preferences and follow-up actions.
  • Deflect pricing inquiries redirecting customers to in-person showroom visits for specific pricing information.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication via phone email and other channels.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately into the CRM system for seamless follow-up and tracking.

Role Requirements:

  • Available to work 10 AM - 7 PM 6 days a week in Eastern Time Zone (New Jersey).
  • Ability to handle 3-10 calls per day and manage other online inquiries.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly (preferably without a thick foreign accent).
  • Typing proficiency of 70-100 words per minute.
  • Ability to deflect pricing questions and promote showroom visits for pricing details.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience is not required but a genuine interest in home renovation is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer care sales or home improvement industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience with home renovations and door installation is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and scheduling software is preferred but not required.
