Opportunity:

WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Tradesperson to join the Maintenance team.

We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydneys Northwest and Southwest. This role requires travel to job sites across the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake landscape maintenance activities including mowing edging pruning mulching fertilising and weed control.
• Maintain and care for trees shrubs turf garden beds and other softscape elements to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal.
• Operate and maintain small plant and equipment including mowers trimmers blowers and spray units
• Assist the team leader with inspecting sites to verify services like mowing fertilizing and plant health ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of sites ensuring all worksites are left safe tidy and compliant with environmental standards
• Lead and mentor Landscape Labourers and Apprentices sharing expertise and fostering a skilled motivated team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Landscaping or Horticulture or 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the landscaping industry and processes
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong commitment to health safety environment and quality standards
• Construction White Card
• Valid Drivers Licence with flexibility to travel between job sites
