Customer Care Supervisor

Your opportunity

Were looking for a passionate people leader to join our Customer Care Centre (CCC) team the heart of Westfield Customer Support. As the Customer Care Supervisor youll lead and inspire a team of specialists who deliver exceptional service to our customers every day. Youll play a key role in creating a positive team culture supporting operations and helping us deliver seamless experiences that make every Westfield visit special.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Leading coaching and motivating your team to deliver high-quality service and meet key performance targets.
• Providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities to build capability engagement and confidence.
• Monitoring daily operations and performance metrics to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Managing escalations and supporting your team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
• Working closely with the wider CCC leadership team to share insights drive outcomes and celebrate wins together.
• Championing safety wellbeing and inclusion across the workplace.

This role is permanent full-time working Tuesday to Saturday.

With experience in a contact centre retail or customer service environment you understand what it takes to keep things running smoothly while maintaining a great team atmosphere. Youre confident proactive and love solving problems especially when it means creating a better experience for customers and your team.
