- Champion the voice of small business customers ensuring our products effectively meet their needs.
- Execute on our product strategy and roadmap driving initiatives that achieve business outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities solve business problems and measure impact.
- Collaborate across a broad stakeholder network including distribution risk operations technology and compliance to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Proactively manage product risk and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and internal governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and emerging customer needs to inform product direction.
- Proven experience in product management within financial services or hands-on experience as a business banker.
- A strong understanding of small businesses their needs challenges and how lending solutions can support their growth.
- A curious mindset and a passion for solving complex problems with practical customer-focused solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with broader strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach to delivery.
