The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. Responding to calls efficiently and accurately including addressing concerns notifying paralegals and investigators providing excellent customer service and performingother administrative duties.

Available Schedules:
- Sunday 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm AND Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry to mid-level experience with 2-4 years in a heavy phone and administrative environment such as a contact center or medical office.
- Proficient computer and administrative skills.
- Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients adjusters and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Other languages considered for the position: Chinese-Mandarin/Cantonese Tagalog and Vietnamese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Intake Paralegal experience.
- Personal injury law firm experience.
Total Compensation Package:
- $24-$28 per hour ($50K-$60K per year) Bonus
