Position Description Summary
The Senior Manager Development Platform provides operational and technical support for clinical platform implementation and ongoing performance monitoring ensuring effective delivery and end-user engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day platform delivery activities for assigned clinical studies or functions.
- Support system configuration testing and deployment in collaboration with IT and business partners.
- Assist in documenting platform requirements and process improvements.
- Track issues enhancements and end-user feedback to inform optimization efforts.
- Contribute to vendor coordination and operational alignment for external partners.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of experience in clinical operations or digital systems support.
- Familiarity with clinical trial systems and operational workflows.
- Detail-oriented strong team collaborator with a problem-solving mindset.
