A stunning new independent wellness club is opening in Maidstone in June 2026 and we are recruiting a talented Team Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead our frontline teams. Reporting to the General Manager you will play a key role in shaping the member experience from the moment we open.
About the role
This is a hands-on people-focused position. You will oversee the reception lounge fitness and general service teams ensuring a smooth operation across all departments. Youll lead by example support training and standards and help create a warm professional and service-led environment.
Were looking for someone who:
Has a positive can-do attitude and leads from the front
Is confident working across multiple departments and adapting to different operational needs
Is a great all-rounder with strong communication and organisational skills
Can support sales processes and member engagement
Thrives in a fast-paced premium hospitality or wellness environment
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support frontline teams to deliver outstanding service
Assist with recruitment training and day-to-day supervision
Ensure operational standards cleanliness and safety are consistently met
Support membership sales member relations and secondary spend
Act as a key point of contact in the General Managers absence
