Responsibilities may include:

Provided clinical supervision for case managers and therapists.
Complete clinical review and sign off for designated care teams
Provide trainings and clinical supervision as assigned.
Provide coverage for caseloads as needed/assigned.
Oversee the daily operations and functions of team as assigned.
Oversee implementation of programs that increase appropriate behaviors according to established criteria using appropriate techniques and methodologies.

Requirements for this position include:

Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling.
LIMFT LISW or LPCC is required
LIMFT-S LISW-S or LPCC-S is preferred
At least one year of supervisory experience.
Experience in community-based counseling.
Valid drivers license car insurance and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
