Job Description:
Summary
This person will cover a very wide range of work that is focused on evolving expanding and leveraging clients in-store customization service to support key brand sport and product moments. They will help sport and brand leads identify and create amazing experiences in our retail stores. The role will need a solid communicator that is highly organized with great follow-through and is able to think creatively ideating how the brand can show up in the marketplace..
Responsibilities
Lead Global Retail Marketing Signature Experience
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in retail marketing experience marketing or a related field
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop and test new concepts that drive business results and exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent communication project management and analytical skills.
  • Identify and develop new concepts for in-store services and experiences that align with client s overall retail marketing goals and objectives
  • Design and execute in-market tests such as A/B testing or customer surveys for new concepts analyzing results and providing recommendations for future development
  • Establish a clear path for scaling services and experiences including developing business cases operational plans and financial projections
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Retail Operations Creative Brand Digital Product and clients Geo teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences
  • Conduct customer research and analysis to inform concept development and in-market testing ensuring that services and experiences meet the needs and desires of client s customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends emerging technologies and innovative retail experiences applying this knowledge to improve and evolve client s in-store services and experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Visual Merchandising and Digital to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences
