- Gathering data and analyzing risks to build the annual audit work plan;
- Conducting audit fieldwork guiding the project end-to-end (planning tests execution reporting/closing phases) ensuring adherence to all steps of the internal audit methodology and completion of required project documentation;
- Participating in audit fieldwork planning and executing high-complexity tests and supporting the team in producing the final report.
- Assisting and guiding other auditors in subject of your expertise;
- Interacting with stakeholders from the first and second lines of defense discussing and following up on findings and action plans implementation;
- Acting as a knowledge multiplier sharing your experience and training other auditors to enhance the teams IT skills;
- Supporting more junior auditors;
- Actively participating and engaging Internal Audits strategic projects.
We are looking for a person who has
- Solid experience in auditing the IT environment (preferably in financial institutions);
- Solid knowledge and experience in applying commonly used IT frameworks and standards in the audit program;
- Knowledge of cloud-based environments (preferably AWS);
- Familiarity with SQL Scala or other data manipulation language;
- Knowledge of programming languages;
- Advanced English level;
- Knowledge in financial market regulation related to technology (e.g. CMN Resolution 4893 from BACEN);
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence solutions and the ability to apply them in audits and daily tasks;
- Incessant curiosity and desire to continuously study and understand the surroundings as Nubank constantly evolves and changes;
- Disposal to share knowledge and guide other professionals;
- Desire to create new and more efficient ways of assessing the companys risks;
- Ability to constantly adapt and deal with new technologies and tools.
