Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind our expansion in the Midwest. This is a high-impact role with travel requirements of 50-75% covering states within the Midwest Region/Canada including IL IN OH KY MO IA MN WI MI and Ontario Canada. Your primary targets will include gate manufacturers fabricators architects distribution partners and educational institutions. You love meeting new customers and solving their problems together.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Actively seek out new customers and engage key decision-makers.
- Market Education: Conduct presentations training and field visits to educate local markets and increase brand awareness (Be able to lift 40lbs or more on occasion)
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong lasting relationships with top-level contacts within accounts.
- Account Management: Balance developing new business with managing existing accounts.
- Product Promotion: Stay updated on our latest products and ensure continuous communication with your customer base.
- Revenue Growth Acceleration: Hyper focus on primary targets within your assigned territory to partner with them and accelerate their adoption and growth with Locinox USA. Prospect and introduce new partners to your region that will help provide new revenue growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Regional Sales Manager or Equivalent experience with documented success in a B2B sales environment.
- Sales Skills: A professional salesperson experienced in business development Regional Sales Management Relationship Building Prospecting Distribution Sales National Account Sales Direct Partner Sales Channel Training & Education with an entrepreneurial mind set and a hunter mentality.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills strong presentation skills and comfortable interacting with top-level management.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and convey technical product details to customers. Experience in a related industry (e.g. perimeter security Fence and Gate Manufacturing Fence and Gate Contractor Distribution (Fabricator or Installer) Security Integration Access Control Architectural Specification etc.) is not required but a bonus.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Location: We are looking for prospects in the Chicagoland area. Relocation from outside the state of Illinois into the Chicagoland Area will be considered.
