We are currently looking for an Engineer 2 to join our team in Smyrna TN.

A Day in the Life:

  • Identify and investigate engineering issues potentially impacting safety and/or regulatory compliance by analyzing cross functional data sources with Safety Data Product Safety Technical Compliance and Field Quality Investigations team.
  • Investigate incidents with data analysis part collection and testing or vehicle-level incident investigation (on-site or scramble to customer location).
  • Support handover of complete investigations to the Vital Issues team for TM/TC process
  • Report investigation status weekly to FQA management.
  • Regular collaboration with cross functional groups for issue investigation including but not limited to R&D FQI PQE NML CQ0 and CC0.

Who Were Looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in a related Engineering field
  • Experience:1-3 years of directly related professional-level Engineering experience.
  • Strong organizationability withkeen attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel Access etc.
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Field Quality Center Smyrna TN.
  • Travel requirements (Remove if not needed)
