Salary: $5500 - $70000

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Lead 23 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline OR students enrolled in Masters programs pursuing the credentials in the following bullet point.
- Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: MFT LMFT LPC LPC-MHSP LMSW LCSW LADAC level 1 & 2 LSPE Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D. RN & LPN also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation.
- Experience leading Group Therapy.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) mobile apps etc.
- Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
- Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include: mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT.
