Laboratory Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations workflow and testing accuracy
Manage quality assurance programs and ensure adherence to CAP/CLIA and state regulations
Collaborate with pathologists hospital leadership and interdisciplinary care teams
Lead staff scheduling training mentoring and performance evaluations
Drive departmental efficiency safety and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Active Florida Clinical Laboratory License
Minimum 3 year of laboratory management or supervisory experience
Bachelors degree required
