Data Visualization Executive

This position is key to ensuring dashboard applications in operations working smoothly and develop dashboards as clients requirements. He or she is expected to create dashboard by using Power BI platform to ensure that all dashboard projects are carriedout within standard procedures and specified instructions. He or she has responsibility for managing the projects and its productivity.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As Data Visualization Executive will be responsible for the following: 

• Create dashboard on using platform such as Excel Online Power BI (as mandated by the leadership team) etc. 
• Manage / Prepare various data format e.g. Excel database management system (DBMS) especially Microsoft SQL for building dashboard on Power BI Platform 
• Microsoft Access (Optional) for building dashboard on Power BI Platform 
• Ability and familiarity with chart types and apply them to dashboard e.g. bubble radar chart and so on.  
• Adhere to work schedules and submit the dashboard with the operating schedule. 
• Final Quality check before sending to client. 
• Follow and assure 100% compliance to all SOPs standards and SLA on projects. 
• Execute automated charting using NIQ proprietary tools 

Qualifications :

• Background of Computer Science/Information system or related discipline. 
• Proficient in PowerBI platform with experience of 1-2 years. 
• Ability and familiarity with Microsoft platform; Excel VBA/functions Python / R Power BI Desktop Power BI Pro building and deploying PowerBI App to users. 
• Good Understanding One OneDrive and SharePoint. 
• The ability to follow brief detailed instructions. 
• Work well under pressure and able to work with multitask conditions. 
• Well Organized and able to meet deadlines. 
• Good command and communications in English.
