Purpose:
To create a well-organised welcoming and efficient office environment while supporting key projects to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face of the officegreet visitors and handle calls with professionalism.
- Manage day-to-day office operations including emails post filing and supplies.
- Support compliance and service delivery by maintaining accurate records and systems.
- Coordinate team holidays and lead Care Professional engagement activities (e.g. newsletters recognition programs).
- Provide admin support for projects to ensure timely and effective rollout.
- Offer basic IT support such as setting up users and managing email accounts.
- Assist with any additional tasks to support the Franchise Owner and overall business success.
- Uphold equality and diversity standards in all aspects of work.
What Youll Bring:
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office or Google Suite) and adaptability to new tech.
- Proven experience in a busy office setting with project support exposure.
- Excellent organisation multitasking and communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive flexible attitude and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum C in GCSEs
- Ideally Level 3 in Health and Social Care but not necessary
Requirements:
- Must have a valid FULL UK Driving License
- Must have a vehicle to commute to work
