Your Role as a Care Professional at Home Instead
Being a Care Professional at Home Instead is about so much more than providing practical support its about being a familiar face a listening ear and a reliable presence in someones life.
Your day-to-day routine might include:
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Medication assistance
- Personal care (washing dressing grooming incontinence support moving safely)
- Accompanying clients to appointments or running errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
We believe in relationship-led care which means:
- Longer visit times (no rushed 15-minute calls)
- Matching carers with clients for continuity and comfort
- Time to connect not just complete tasks
