The Role Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager youll play a vital role in driving client successbuilding long-term relationships identifying new opportunities and providing bespoke IT solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
This is a consultative relationship-led position where youll act as a trusted advisor to clients supported by a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong lasting client partnerships
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services across accounts
- Deliver tailored IT strategies and consultative support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes

- Proven experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
