Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month FTC)

About the Role

Youll be at the heart of our mission helping Cellular Origins grow with people who share our purpose and curiosity. Working closely with leaders across engineering robotics bioprocess operations and commercial functions youll shape how we attract and hire the brilliant minds who will define the future of cell therapy manufacturing.

This isnt about chasing KPIs or filling seats. Its about thoughtful high-quality hiring that builds trust strengthens teams and accelerates our progress towards manufacturing cell therapies at scale.

What Youll Do

Youll get to:

• Lead end-to-end hiring across a range of technical commercial and operational roles.
• Build trusted partnerships with your stakeholders understanding their needs and helping them shape their teams.
• Write engaging inclusive job adverts and outreach that reflect our tone culture and purpose.
• Manage sourcing and candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS.
• Guide candidates and hiring teams through a smooth transparent process from first conversation to offer.
• Continuously improve how we hire bringing new ideas and technology to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.

Youll have the freedom to act quickly make smart decisions and keep standards high as we grow. Youll see the impact of your work every day as your hires help scale the systems that bring therapies to patients faster.

Youll likely bring:

• Experience in an in-house talent acquisition role or as an agency recruiter focused on hard-to-find high-calibre talent.
• The confidence to manage end-to-end processes from briefing to offer.
• Strong relationship-building skills especially with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• A clear inclusive writing style and an instinct for telling our story well.
• A mindset of continuous improvement including a thoughtful approach to how AI fits into hiring.
• Adaptability and a willingness to be fully on-site immersed in the work and the team.
