We are actively recruiting on behalf of our Sacramento based client for a compassionate and experienced Child Psychologist to join a purpose-driven team committed to supporting the emotional and developmental needs of children and adolescents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact within culturally responsive setting that prioritizes collaboration clinical quality and holistic family engagement.
Maximum Salary: $87000 annually with eligibility for a biannual bonus incentive. 100% onsite.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coach multidisciplinary staff including facilitators specialists partners and peer mentors ensuring adherence to program standards and performance expectations
- Oversee personnel processes such as onboarding evaluations disciplinary actions and compliance with HR policies and agency protocols
- Monitor staff participation in team meetings and training sessions auditing schedules and documentation to ensure timely access and engagement
- Review productivity metrics documentation quality and case assignments to support program goals and maintain fidelity to evidence-based practices
- Facilitate staff development through orientation ongoing supervision and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the agency in meetings and events support cross-functional coordination and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Clinical Program Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree in social work Counseling Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
- Active clinical license (LMFT LCSW or LPCC) required; eligibility to provide BBS-approved clinical supervision strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with children adolescents and families with complex behavioral health needs including culturally responsive engagement
- Preferred experience includes EPSDT billing documentation and at least one year of supervisory responsibilities in a community mental health setting
- Must possess a valid drivers license personal vehicle and required insurance coverage to fulfill essential job-related travel
