Position Description Summary
The Senior Manager R&D Digital Enablement provides operational and analytical support for digital transformation projects in R&D. Ensures that end-users are supported through process documentation agile planning and change initiatives to enable effective adoption of digital tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Support business analysis activities such as requirements gathering process mapping and impact analysis.
- Assist in agile delivery planning and sprint tracking including backlog grooming and team coordination.
- Contribute to the creation of change management materials (e.g. FAQs guides communications).
- Facilitate training sessions and support user onboarding to digital platforms.
- Help monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences or Technology-related field.
- 7 years of experience supporting digital projects business analysis or agile teams.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira Confluence or Miro and experience supporting cross-functional projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and facilitation skills.
