Broadridge hasa great opportunityfor aHelp Desk Technician to join our Corporate Information Technology team based out of our Edgewood NY this role you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support relatedto computer systems hardwareor software.

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will answer calls made to our Level 1 Help Desk Support Line
  • You will help prepare hardware phone and applicable network connectivity for new hires.
  • You will replace old hardware (laptops/desktops) with new as part of our Refresh program
  • You will provide resolution and assistance to standard applications: MS Office 365 Adobe Cisco WebEx. VPN
  • You will use a ticketing system to record all work and track time accordingly.

  • This is an entry level role(any IT/end point education or experience a plus)
