Job Summary

Oracle Implementation Consultant (FCCS) Location: Charlotte NC onsite 3 days a week.

Seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Consultant to support a full-scale Oracle Cloud EPM implementation for a leading banking client. This role involves working on greenfield implementation and playing a key role in solution design configuration and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong FCCS implementation experience and the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Candidates can be functional or techno-functional provided they can take ownership of the implementation and drive it to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud FCCS
Participate in solution design system configuration architecture and documentation
Coordinate with development teams and provide functional/technical guidance as needed
Support testing troubleshooting deployment and post go-live stabilization
Work closely with business users particularly in financial close consolidation and reporting
Collaborate on integrations across Oracle EPM modules and financial systems
Support General Ledger (GL) related functionality (preferred but not mandatory)

What Were Looking For:

5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud FCCS implementations
Experience working in a functional or techno-functional role
At least one full FCCS implementation within the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud EPM Suite
Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders
