Get started! This is what youll do

As Engineering Manager for User Support & Service Management you will drive user satisfaction and service excellence across Jumbo: this is your most important KPI. Youll lead a domain organized around user support focusing on improving support processes automating self-service requests and identifying the needs of the company. Youll report on the total performance of all suppliers and teams ensuring clear ownership and demarcation of end-to-end services.

Youll promote a culture of Continuous Improvement support open communication and foster a healthy work-life balance. Youll coach and develop your team hold regular one-on-one meetings and provide constructive feedback linked to development plans. Youll also be responsible for recruiting the right people safeguarding quality cost and stability of delivered services and ensuring your teams take full ownership: You build it you run it you own it!

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team supported by suppliers.
  • Oversee service desk device logistics onsite and field support productivity support.
  • Drive automation first mindset to reduce manual activities and improve NPS including ITSM tooling.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams reporting on performance and driving structural improvements.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with centrally driven policies and directives.
  • Together with your Consultants you prioritize your work and backlog for your team but also provide an overview of the priorities for other teams coming out of analysis from the user support services.

  • A gross salary between 5.700 - 7.300 per month (based on 40 hours).
  • An annual bonus of max 10% of your annual salary based on organizational goals.
