Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Working a Night Shift pattern of four days on four days off

What youll do

• Creating support plans with our Young People

• Helping Young customers with daily living activities such as making meals shopping budgeting maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.

• Carrying out risk assessments support planning goal setting and regular reviews.

• Cuppas chats and catch no rushing from one young person to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

You have

• Passion to support our customers to live their best life working collaboratively with an eye for detail.

• Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to work to the plans.

• Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.

• The ability to workon your own initiative remaincalm under pressure and havea resilient approach

The practical bits

• Where were flexible with you we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.

• You will work as part of a rota working only nights. Our shifts run from 21.45 8.15am.

• Although youll work nights / lone work we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings.

• Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.

• Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
