As the Global Head of Talent Learning and Development you will be responsible for setting the strategy and direction planning and execution for Talent and People Development. You will design and implement strategies and frameworks that align with GNs growth objectives and long-term capability requirements. Youll manage a team of skilled subject matter experts and collaborate and interact with the broader People & Communication (P&C) organization and senior leaders and executives in the company. Together you will focus on building a future-fit organization ready to accomplish our ambitious long-term goals.
More concretely;
Define the GN way of learning and development and help cultivate a mindset of continuous learning and growth across the organization
Setting and executing the learning & development strategy to grow and develop GN employees and build competences for the future.
Developing and implementing global talent strategies including employer branding talent acquisition talent development and building an inclusive succession pipeline.
Set the direction for leadership development and design development tracks for our leaders that will support our current and future leadership needs.
Advising the CHRO and leadership on future capabilities and global trends within learning and development

Functionally you will be working in the People and Communication EVP area with direct reference to our Chief People and Communication Officer you will join the People & Communication leadership team which consists of 7 colleagues.
As Global Head of Talent Learning and Development you will be responsible for a group of 17 employees covering all aspects of talent succession leadership and general learning and development. We value an open and informal working environment where trust collaboration and collective learning are important for our team.
The role will be located in GNs Headquarter in Ballerup.
More About You
We are looking for an experienced leader who effectively designs and executes global leadership frameworks and talent strategies.
Have 8 years of experience in people development including leadership and skills development and succession management.
Are curious about business dynamics and know how to translate business objectives into impactful initiatives
Have experience working across geographies cultures and matrix structures and enjoy interacting with multiple stakeholders
Are motivated to put your ideas related to talent learning and development into practice and stay up-to-date on emerging leadership and development trends
Visionary and experienced in strategic thinking and able to develop roadmaps implement plans and take action.
You are fluent in English while Danish and other languages are beneficial
