About the Role
RMIT University is seeking a PeopleSoft Support Analyst to join a newly formed team within Information Technology Services (ITS) providing critical support for our enterprise PeopleSoft Campus Solutions platform.
In this role youll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer-focused support experience resolving incidents maintaining system performance and contributing to the platforms continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in preparing for and supporting RMITs PeopleSoft transformation program scheduled for major implementation in April 2026.
About You
You are a technically capable and solutions-oriented analyst who thrives on collaboration communication and stakeholder engagement. You take pride in resolving complex issues and ensuring that end users experience reliable high-quality systems.
Your strengths include:
Proven experience supporting PeopleSoft (ideally Campus Solutions) in a technical or application support capacity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate diagnose and resolve issues across code configuration and data layers.
Working knowledge of PeopleTools PeopleCode Integration Broker Application Designer and SQL.
Experience with incident problem and change management processes (e.g. ServiceNow).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills able to translate technical language into clear outcomes for non-technical users.
A collaborative mindset contributing to team knowledge sharing and process improvement.
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
