Print Operator
Location: Lynnfield MA
Pay rate: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm
OT during quarterly peak periods.
About the Print Operator Role:
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivatedPrint Operatorto join our operations team. This role is responsible for running industrial-sized printers organizing mail items into batches and preparing them for further processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Xerox and Cannon printers.
- Group mail items into batches and separate them for further processing.
- Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on inserter equipment.
- Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work 2nd shift and flexible hours based on business needs.
- Comfortable with piece-rate compensation structure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background check and/or drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.
