The role

The Share Registry Supervisor will lead our dedicated team to deliver exceptional service for Community Bank Board members and shareholders. This will encompass reviewing completed work managing workflow and delegation of tasks identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the teams output consistently meets high-quality standards and client expectations.

As a Share Registry Supervisor you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to system and process enhancements.
  • Oversee daily operations of the share registry ensuring accuracy compliance and timely processing of shareholder transactions.
  • Communicate with Community Bank Board members and shareholders regarding Share Registry matters.
  • Engage and process new clients to the Registry Direct online system including proposals and preparation of terms of engagement.
  • Ensure stationery proformas and share registry forms are current and accurate.
  • Meet agreed deadlines for completion of jobs.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to prioritise work duties and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • A commitment to delivering quality customer service.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous exposure to document control duties/tasks (preferred but not essential).
