About the role:

The Growth Marketing team is core to all marketing campaigns at Samsara. As a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager I for Emerging Products youll design and run programs that generate and accelerate demand for our newest offerings across both prospects and customers partnering closely with Sales PMM Customer Success and Digital teams to deliver high-quality measurable outcomes.

Youll join an entrepreneurial team operating with high ownership fast iteration and visible impact. Youll help lay the foundations (process instrumentation and learnings) that unlock future team growth in scope and scale.

This role is based in the US OR Canada.

In this role you will:

  • Own the demand generation strategy for new offerings and support the business in hitting key commercial milestones.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue by designing and launching multi-channel campaigns across email webinars direct mail and more with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales PMM Customer Success and channel owners to plan and execute integrated motions across the customer lifecycle.
  • Pilot and scale new motions/channels to unlock efficient growth using insights from data analysis to inform our experimentation strategy.
  • Define test plans instrumentation and reporting cadences to create best-in-class prospect and customer experiences
  • Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5 years in demand generation growth marketing or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Experienced at leveraging AI and data analysis to optimize campaigns build agentic workflows and boost productivity.
  • Proven track record in building multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (Marketo or equivalent; Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical rigor; skilled at experiment design interpreting results and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
  • High ownership bias to action and accountability in fast-moving environments.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

An ideal candidate also:

  • Blends analytical depth with creative execution; expert in B2B tech marketing and growth levers.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python (or equivalent) for analysis and experimentation.
  • Background in management consulting analytics or similar problem-solving roles.
  • Strong writing skills with experience creating content for emails webinars webpages or blogs.
  • Thrives in 01 environments; comfortable operating in a startup-within-an-enterprise context.
  • Experience with Databricks (or similar data platforms) and advanced Salesforce usage.
