Job Title:Regional Director- South PFI
Base Location:Fareham

Working Pattern:Full Time (37 hours)
Enerveo have an extensive street lighting business that manages over 1 million street lights across the UK and Ireland and through design project management consultancy installation and maintenance we play a major role in reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints helping towns and cities become smarter greener and more efficient which benefits us all.
What will I be doing in this role
Enerveo is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our Highways Electrical business across multiple depots. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving safety financial performance quality compliance and growth while promoting a high-performance culture across the region.
In a typical day you could expect to be;
As Regional Director you will:
- Safety Leadership: Oversee regional safety performance meet business assurance targets and ensure effective incident management auditing and monitoring of workforce practices.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and deliver business strategies to maintain competitiveness identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships to drive contract growth.
- Financial Oversight: Manage regional budgets forecasting P&L WIP debt and overheads; monitor profitability resource utilisation fleet costs and margin performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead Operations Managers and Project Managers across the region promoting high motivation collaboration and team performance.
- Culture & Development: Embed Enerveos values and business standards act as a role model and drive positive behaviours across all depots and functions.
- Supply Chain & Commercial Management: Provide oversight of subcontractors and supply chain performance ensuring cost-effective solutions and contractual compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular engagement with clients and internal teams representing Enerveo at senior levels and addressing contract performance and improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial finance and support teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and operational excellence.
What do I need to be successful in the role
- Proven senior leadership experience in utilities M&E construction or service industries.
- Extensive experience of managing PFI Contracts
- Strong knowledge of operations contract management and financial management including cost centres forecasting and budgeting.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Commercially aware with a track record of delivering profitability and growth targets.
- Experience in developing and leading business and people strategy coaching and developing teams.
- Ability to work under pressure adapt to changing priorities and lead change with a solution-focused mindset.
