Were seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen customer relationships within a designated UK territory. As part of Sulzers Services team youll leverage our UK footprint and capabilities to identify opportunities deliver bespoke solutions and shape long-term partnerships.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales plan identifying priority targets leads and opportunities across electro-mechanical pump and turbo service lines.
• Research and understand customer profiles and market trends to tailor compelling pitches.
• Build strong productive relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate closely with Service Centres and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions are delivered seamlessly.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities presenting Sulzers complete service offering.
• Own and exceed allocated sales targets contributing to the growth of Sulzers UK business.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Proven success in sales within a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong track record of generating new business and developing customer relationships.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to sell value propositions.
• Familiarity with engineering products or aftermarket services
• Excellent communication presentation and organisational skills.
• Resilient proactive and results-focused with a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and basic P&L understanding.
